5 Consent & CASL

You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time without affecting your original inquiry. You may also withdraw all consent by contacting us at support@samrath.ai.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any communications made prior to withdrawal.

6 How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and to comply with applicable legal obligations. In general:

• Lead inquiry data — retained for up to 10 years from the date of submission, to support active dealer relationships, ongoing marketing campaigns, dispute resolution, and business record-keeping. After 10 years, personal identifiers (name, phone, email) are permanently anonymized; vehicle interest and inquiry date may be retained in aggregate form for analytics purposes.
• Analytics data — retained in accordance with Google Analytics' standard retention settings (14 months by default).

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at support@samrath.ai. We will respond within 30 days. Where deletion is not possible due to a legal or regulatory obligation, we will advise you accordingly and restrict processing of your data in the interim.
